**Help Wanted: BDC Agent**
**Position Overview:**
As a BDC Agent, you will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound communications with potential customers, providing exceptional service, and nurturing leads to facilitate the sales process. This role requires a proactive approach, strong organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Respond promptly and professionally to inbound inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Initiate outbound communication to follow up on leads and schedule appointments for our sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and lead information in our CRM system.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and guiding customers through the buying process.
**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in customer service, or a related field preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Proficiency with CRM software and other digital communication tools preferred.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently under pressure.
