Responsibilities:
- Assist the dentist during dental procedures
- Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment
- Provide chairside assistance to the dentist during procedures
- Take and record patient vital signs
- Perform dental receptionist duties as needed
- Assist with medical coding and insurance billing
- Maintain patient records and update patient information in the system
Qualifications:
- Dental assisting certification or relevant experience
- Proficiency in dental office systems, such as Eaglesoft or similar software
- Knowledge of dental procedures and terminology
- Familiarity with CAD/CAM technology for dental restorations
- Experience working with pediatric patients is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
