Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve individual and team sales targets, with a focus on big ticket items.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and maximize profitability.
- Lead generation and detailed follow up
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring every customer receives personalized attention and assistance.
- Train and coach sales associates on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service best practices.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Foster a positive work environment based on teamwork, integrity, and excellence.
Qualifications:
- Two years related experience or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager, preferably in a high-end retail environment with a focus on big ticket sales.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a demonstrated ability to close big ticket transactions.
- Excellent leadership and management abilities, with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams.
- Exceptional customer service skills, with a genuine passion for helping customers find the right products to meet their needs.
- Solid understanding of retail operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and sales analysis.
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels and from various backgrounds
