**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Technician to join our team to oversee the maintenance operations at The Raven, 167 luxury apartments. The ideal candidate will have knowledge and experience in mechanical knowledge, at minimum a basic understanding of building systems such as HVAC, fire safety systems, plumbing, electrical, light carpentry, etc.
**Duties:**
- Organize and complete residents' work orders timely to maximize customer satisfaction while providing top-notch customer service with the ongoing goal of establishing a community setting
- Schedule and meet with outside vendors
- Develop and implement maintenance procedures to maximize efficiency
- Order maintenance and janitorial supplies
- Coordinate and prioritize maintenance tasks to meet operational needs
- Utilize Yardi for tracking work orders
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify issues and address them promptly
- Perform annual preventative maintenance inspections in all apartments
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in maintenance management, preferably in a residential setting
- Proficiency in maintenance best practices
- General knowledge of Fair Housing (we will train you on this)
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
