Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in your sales territory.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products, services, and market conditions.
- Utilize CRM to keep track of account status, customer needs, and competitive issues.
- Participate in in-person or online trainings, meetings, trade shows, and sales events.
- Communicate effectively with potential customers to introduce our services and products.
Qualifications:
- Experience with inside or outside sales preferred.
- Strong negotiation, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- CRM experience is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
- Bachelor’s degree or high school diploma preferred.

A Day in the Life:
- Morning: Review previous day, plan the day, check communication channels, prepare sales materials.
- During the Day: Prospect, meet with customers and adjusters, follow-up, and document interactions.
- End of Day: Review achievements, plan for the next day, organize workspace, and communicate with the team.
