Job Description:
Brenz Pizza Co. is looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Call Center Representative. The Call Center Representative will be responsible for answering inbound calls from our customers and other departments in a courteous and professional manner.
Essential Functions:
- Answer inbound calls from customers and other departments
- Handle customer complaints in a courteous manner
- Follow communication procedures to ensure that all orders are processed within established timeframes
- Receive incoming messages and schedule orders accordingly
- Provide information on open orders to callers
- Maintain phone etiquette and speak clearly to customers while maintaining professional etiquette
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
- Set up new accounts or open existing accounts as needed.
Skills:
- Previous experience in call center or other related fields preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with customer service procedures and customer service-related software applications (e.g., CRM) preferred but not required.
- Strong phone handling skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer service orientation and ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work on your feet for extended periods of time and to lift up to 20 lbs.
