Job summary:
Responsible for meeting and exceeding guest expectations while monitoring spa facilities, and ensuring positive and friendly guest relations. Observe all activity within assigned areas, offering assistance and instruction to guests.
Summary of essential job functions:
- Greet and welcome guests in a warm professional manner.
- Experience with Booker/Mindbody.
- Provide spa tours when necessary.
- Assisting guests to locker facilities and familiarizing them with check in procedure.
- Exceptional understanding of spa services, packages, product knowledge and announcing of special promotions.
- Ability to up sell guests on additional products and services.
- Appropriately manage appointment bookings
- Communication with therapists/technicians regarding bookings, canceled appointments or late arrivals.
- Source of information regarding everything that is available and all procedures to ensure guest experience is memorable.
- Front Desk Operations including reservations, gift certificate and product sales, and explanation of spa policies.
- Sales systems and guest check-in and check-out procedures.
- Maintain general cleanliness and organization of main lobby.
- Assisting management with inventory management on all spa retail and front desk inventory.
- Opening/closing of spa and fitness center.
- Ensure guests expectations are exceeded each day.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
