Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Operate cash registers and handle financial transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Answer customer questions and provide product information
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and monitoring stock levels
- Process returns and exchanges according to company policies
- Follow all safety and security procedures
Experience:
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers and provide exceptional service
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Multilingual skills are a bonus for communicating with diverse customers
Skills:
- Proficient in operating cash registers and handling cash transactions
- Basic understanding of retail math for calculating discounts, sales tax, and change
- Ability to adapt to different sales techniques for various products
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and team members
- Excellent problem-solving abilities to address customer concerns or issues
