Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, help record prescribed treatments, medications, biopsies, cultures, photos, prescription and procedures within established guidelines.
- Assist with dermatologic procedures and surgeries: including Mohs surgery and reconstruction.
- Prepare patients for procedures and updating medical history.
- Provide pre-care and post-care treatment instructions as needed.
- Skilled in phlebotomy and critical thinking.
- Occasional, extended hours may be necessary to meet the demands of daily operations and patient flow.
- Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
Requirements:
- Valid RN nursing license and registration, ACLS Certification, and BLS Certification
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a nurse.
- Proficient in occupational health practices and standards.
- Organizational and multi-tasking skills.
- OR/Surgical experience a plus.
- Part-time hours: Mon, Tues, Wed and Thurs 5pm to close.
- Full-time hours: Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs 4pm to close and Friday 10am to 5pm
