About Us:
Dave's Plumbing Service seeks a qualified candidate for the position of Part Time Dispatcher / Office Coordinator. This position is a part time position consisting of one to two days per week. Dave's Plumbing has been serving the Ohio Valley area for 25+ years. We provide the following services to residential and commercial accounts:
- Drain Cleaning and Repair
- Video Camera Inspections
- Plumbing Services
- High Pressure Jetting
- Sewer, Water, & Gas Line Repair / Replacement
- Water Heater Replacements
Through continued growth, we have an excellent opportunity for a Part Time Dispatcher / Office Coordinator.
Responsibilities Include:
- Receiving phone calls from customers
- Creating work orders, assigning work, and dispatching field personnel
- Working with vendors to help procure materials
- Scheduling appointments with customers
- Following up with Customers to assure all work is completed to satisfaction
- Invoicing Customers upon completion of work
- Paying invoices to vendors
- Entering information into Quickbooks for record keeping
Requirements:
- High School diploma
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
- Knowledge of plumbing and/or dispatching a plus but not necessary
- Knowledge of Quickbooks and common computer programs is preferred

- High school or equivalent (Required)
Experience:
- QuickBooks: 1 year (Preferred)
- Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
