H&J International, PC (HPC): is a multidiscipline professional engineering corporation providing engineering design and project management consulting services for transportation, transit, urban development, and other public and private sectors.
Job Responsibilities:
The administration assistant/bookkeeper will provide support in office operations, administration, book keeping and accounting, business development, and other office development related tasks. The job duties may include but not be limited to:
· Office operation – managing office space, equipment, and facility, handling office supplies, human resource management and other administration tasks.
· Book keeping and accounting – maintaining books, account reconciliation, collecting account receivable, processing account payable, assisting with audits, and other accounting tasks.
· Office and business development – supporting office and business development, assisting registrations and certifications, monitoring bids and conducting searches, and providing assistance with proposal and marketing.
Qualification Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in business or accounting
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office
· Experience in QuickBooks or other accounting software
· Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
Salary Range:
The salary is commensurate with education and experience with a range of $30,000 to $40,000. A competitive benefits package is offered to full-time employees.
