We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
Duties:
- Manage inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with service inquiries and appointment scheduling.
- Utilize CRM software to maintain accurate customer records and follow-up communication.
- Coordinate with service advisors and technicians to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment within the BDC.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service, hospitality, or call center environment preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in computer applications, including CRM software (experience with Xtime and DMS is a plus).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality service.
