The Channel Account Manager will promote Fortinet’s position as the worldwide leader in Cyber Security and drive Fortinet’s Enterprise strategy with Regional Focus Partners
Responsibilities:
- Cultivate executive relationships, expand mindshare and grow revenue within defined customer segments
- Build relationships and drive key initiatives with leadership teams across Regional Focus Partners
- Create and implement a strategic territory plan
- Engage and align Field Sales leadership with peers at each Regional Focus Partner within regional territory
- Motivate, educate, and train Regional Focus Partner sales reps on Fortinet solutions, services, and how to sell them
- Collaborate with the Fortinet Engineering team to increase partner technical certifications and proficiency in positioning Fortinet solutions
- Generate new business opportunities while growing revenue within existing accounts
- Contribute to revenue growth with the ability to manage to Fortinet quarterly growth targets
- Accountable for managing all partnerships within the guidelines of Fortinet’s channel programs

- A self-motivated, independent thinker who understands large national partners
- Ability to sell complex solutions with services including but not limited to; Firewall, Cloud, SASE, SDWAN, NAC, IoT, OT, ZTNA
- Minimum ten years prior channel sales experience acting as the primary contact for national partners.
- Experience designing and implementing Partner Business Plans
- Experience managing a MDF budget and quarterly marketing plan
- Experience executing effective sales and technical training virtually and in-person
A proven track record of quota achievement and demonstrated career stability

Wage ranges are based on various factors including the labor market, job type, and job level. On target earnings for this position is expected to be $160,000 - $230,000 per year. Exact salary offers will be determined by factors such as the candidate's subject knowledge, skill level, qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
All roles are eligible to participate in the Fortinet equity program, and this position is also eligible for commissions based on the terms of the Sales Compensation Plan
