We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team. Our ideal candidate has a passion for customer service and an excellent communication skills. The candidate will be responsible for resolving customer problems and answering questions related to company policies. Responsibilities:
- Consistently creates a welcoming experience for the customer via email or chat.
- Promote customer loyalty.
- Take customer orders.
- Enter customer data into a computer.
- Strong listening, written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task with confidence in a faced-paced environment.
