Job Responsibilities:
- Management and oversight of background coordinators and oversight of background and onboarding process’ and vendor partnership
- Oversight of annual vendor contracts and contract negotiations in partnership with procurement services
- Organization and development of internal training requirements for the team and adherence to process design
- Partner with learning group to partner on orientation activities
- Work with HR Tech to partner on ATS process and system design
- Assist with responses to internal Ask HR database questions for TA
- Reporting updates and information to the TA team
- Point of contact for compliance, understanding local and national employment laws and partner with legal on any changes
- Oversight of rehire and VISA or Military rehiring
- Partner on project implementations with TA leadership
Required Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, marketing, communications or related field or equivalent working experience
- 1 year management/leadership experience
- 5 years' experience in human resources, HR tech or recruitment
- Creative problem solver with exceptional communication skills
- Experience in project management
- Knowledge of and experience with recruiting technology
Preferred Job Qualifications:
- Experience with process improvement, documentation, and reporting within HR
- Background check management and oversight, and on-boarding within HR/talent acquisition
- Experience managing vendor partnerships
