Join our team at PAK Technologies as a Maintenance Technician at our location on Good Hope Road. We are seeking an experienced individual to assist in the general maintenance of our facility's structure, grounds, and various systems.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Diagnose, troubleshooting and assessing equipment breakdowns to determine extent of necessary repairs.
- Conduct quality checks on HVAC, air conditioning, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Perform drywall repairs including patching and painting.
- Carry out carpentry repairs on doors, molding, and furnishings.
- Address plumbing issues such as toilets, sinks, and caulking.
- Maintain lighting fixtures both interior and exterior.
- Ensure HVAC systems are well-maintained including filters and grills.
- Repair of buildings and alterations while assuring the continuous maintenance of all equipment.
- Perform construction and repair projects. Perform preventative maintenance on all production machinery.
- Take care of exterior walkways, stairs, lawn care, and snow removal.
- Repair to production machinery in order to keep lines continuously operational.
- Other related duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
Education and/or Experience: High School Diploma or G.E. D., 5-10 years of experience in operations in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate should have experience including heating, AC, electrical, carpentry, plumbing, painting, construction and other trade functions and services.
Knowledge/Special Skills/Abilities:
- Experience in supervising maintenance tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of residential painting techniques for repair work.
- Strong customer service skills to interact with internal teams and external vendors.
- Ability to fabricate components when necessary.
- Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively.
- Experience in facilities maintenance ensuring smooth operations.
- Welding skills for metalwork repairs (Mig. Tig and Stick).
- Proficiency in logic controllers for system checks
Certifications, Licenses, and Registrations: Forklift (Company will train and certify), HVAC and electrical preferred.

Pay: $24.75 - $28.00 per hour
