Regal Logistics in Fife, WA is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. The incumbent will be responsible for processing complex customer orders to expedite the delivery of products and services in a professional and timely manner.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manages multiple complex customer accounts requiring various compliance guidelines from customers and retailers
- Pulls batches and processes customer orders
- Reviews all email communication from/to assigned customer base
- Provides timely follow-up to customers and ensures complete customer satisfaction
- Works with customers to resolve issues in a timely, professional, and courteous manner
- Establishes positive rapport with customers
- Works closely with warehouse and office personal to ensure orders are processed on schedule
- Remains updated on customer requirements and department procedures
- Performs other duties as assigned

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
