As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will act as business partner and content expert while advising and supporting hiring managers throughout the recruitment process. Taking actions to ensure a successful and compliant process for all involved (hiring manager, external and internal candidates) and utilizing the resources available to the outmost standards while considering that Elekta is an equal opportunity employer with a D&I perspective.
Responsibilities:
Being a strategic partner and a single point of contact for hiring managers and candidates for assigned job requisitions (JR)
Lead the recruitment process, ensuring a successful and compliant process for all involved.
Coach, guide and influence internal and external stakeholders during a recruitment process
Keeping JR updated in WD according to set standards (following checklists, guidelines, policies, SLA’s)
Use best practices to optimize the recruitment workflow and ongoing changes or updates
Identifying and actively contributing to continues improvements
Independently identifying and implementing process improvements in cooperation with cross functional teams
Providing support and guidance to new TA team members in the region
Provide and present TA KPI's to decision makers to support business decisions upon requests.
Global remit to represent Talent Acquisition in recruitment processes.
Act according to Elekta Code of Conduct, Values, Policies, and ethical standards
Qualifications:
University degree (BSc or higher) in Human Resources, Business administration or equivalent
Fluency in English plus one other language
Documented hands-on experience with full-cycle talent acquisition/recruitment in a dynamic, complex, international working environment
Documented knowledge and practical experience in using an Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) -preferably Workday
High level of user knowledge in software applications including MS Office, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Communication skills–ability to communicate in a clear, respectful, and constructive manner (verbally and written).
Assertiveness-ability to advice, support, develop and challenge managers and internal team members.
Well-organized-with strong time management, prioritization, and execution skills.
Curiosity–up to date with all current recruitment methods and processes and utilizing available tools in an effective manner
Project management skills–proven experience and demonstrating the ability to act independently on assigned tasks and to exercise good judgement and flexibility with shifting priorities while serving the needs of the stakeholders

The US base salary range for this position is $70,000-80,000
