Associate Therapist - AMFT, ASW, APCC - 100% Telehealth
You must be licensed to practice in CA as an associate therapist (ASW, AMFT, APCC).

Are you committed to providing high-quality care to children, teens, adults, and families seeking solutions to their relationship issues? If so, we have an excellent opportunity for a Mental Health Therapist who can provide our patients with long-term strategies to improve their relationships.
You'll provide patients with crisis intervention, diagnose psychological problems, identify problematic patterns that need to be modified, help strengthen their communication, and address dysfunctional behaviors. If you have some experience providing therapeutic services to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families, and are currently able to practice in CA please apply now!
Compensation:
$28 - $37 hourly
Responsibilities:-
Document patient records accurately and thoroughly in accordance with facility and licensing standards
- Provide mental health services to families, couples, individuals, and children utilizing solution-focused therapy strategies for improving relationships
- Engage in planning, implementation, and evaluation of therapeutic treatment programs for each patient
- Test, interview, observe, and hold discussion sessions with individuals, significant others, and family members to conduct intake and needs assessments
- Attend and participate in weekly scheduled Clinical Team meetings and collaborate with community agencies
- Attend weekly supervision

Attend weekly training when you start with our company for the 1st 4 weeks
Qualifications:-
Must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent and a bachelor’s degree in counseling, social work, or related field; preference to those with a master’s degree
- A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a clinical setting working as a marriage and family therapist
- Requires CPR and BLS (Basic Life Support) certifications
- Current and unrestricted state license as an LMFT (licensed marriage and family therapist) or equivalent
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, as well as outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Must have experience providing therapy in a clinical setting
