Social Media Manager Responsibilities
Content Creation & Modeling:
- Daily Content Creation: Model and showcase our clothing and accessories in high-quality photos, videos, and reels (including flat lays, lifestyle shots, try-on hauls, etc.) on a daily basis. You will work with our in-house photographer on a daily basis.
- Work on Styling concepts and help prepare outside photoshoots for bigger ideas
- Versatility & Creativity: Demonstrate a range of styles and looks to appeal to various audience segments.
- Shoot Management: Collaborate with our photographer to create stunning visuals or independently capture high-quality content using your own direction and equipment (if applicable).
- Editing Proficiency: Edit reels and social media content using platforms like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
Social Media Management & Audience Growth:
- Platform Management: Actively manage our social media presence across various platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Facebook).
- Content Strategy & Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media calendar
- Audience Engagement: Foster a positive brand community by actively engaging with followers, responding to comments and messages, addressing customer concerns, and running interactive campaigns (polls, Q&As, contests).
- Direct to Consumer & Wholesale Focus: Craft targeted content that appeals to both direct-to-consumer channels and wholesale partners.
- Data Analysis & Optimization: Analyze social media performance metrics and use data to inform content strategy, identify audience trends, and optimize campaigns for maximum reach and engagement.
Additional Skills & Requirements:
- Camera Comfort: Be exceptionally comfortable and confident on camera, with excellent facial expressions and body language to deliver engaging content.
- Social Media Savvy: Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and leverage them to create viral content and campaigns.
- Visual Storytelling: Possess a strong understanding of visual storytelling techniques to create captivating content that showcases our products and brand identity.
- Strong Software and Visual Design Experience: Able to Edit, work in a collaborative environment and deliver results
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
