Lutherville Animal Hospital, a 3-doctor practice with a well-established staff committed to unparalleled patient care and exceptional customer service, is looking to add a Client Care superstar to our team! We are more than a group of compassionate veterinary professionals; we are a supportive team that believes in a 'better together' philosophy and strives to cross-train and educate our staff so that we can all find a growth path.

Daily responsibilities include:

Managing multiple phone lines

Navigating Cornerstone PIMS program

Booking appointments

Greeting clients

Processing payments

Ensuring that the reception area is clean and comfortable for clients

Collaborating with the team to help answer client questions or concerns
