Customer Care Specialist
An exciting opportunity exists for a passionate, customer-focused service professional to support our customers in our customer management center – a call center environment. This customer specialist role serves as the primary point of contact for our customers, providing assistance across a variety of interactions – leasing inquiries, general inquiries, payment processing and service issue resolution.
The company operates self-storage facilities nationally and is rapidly growing and evolving its commitment to exceptional customer experience. We are building a dynamic team of customer care specialists who are self-motivated to deliver above and beyond customer service.
Responsibilities
- This is a full-time position.
- Professionally represent the company answering telephone, email, text and chat inquiries from customers.
- Show accountability in identifying and efficiently fulfilling the needs of customers.
- Be focused and disciplined to perform the customer service priorities of this role, consistently following role expectations, practices, and procedures.
- Support the day-to-day operations directly related to customer management contributing to revenue performance, facility maintenance, customer loyalty and problem resolution. This will be accomplished through the navigation of online platforms, programs, communication tools, etc.
- Represent the company effectively to close leads for storage rentals originating online or from direct inquiry (not through outbound cold calling).
- Perform an assortment of administrative tasks that support key business processes such as: access assistance, simple lease management, customer collections, customer and activity record-keeping, etc.
- Effectively communicate and collaborate with the other customer care specialists and operational teams in the organization to facilitate the delivery of exceptional customer experience.
- Develop and maintain a solid understanding of the different systems and tools required to complete the tasks expected of the customer care specialist role.
- Serve as a positive team member sharing enthusiasm, talents and customer care experience with your colleagues.

- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of working in a customer facing environment.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience using call center technology systems and tools is a plus.
- Able to work independently and stay focused on priorities with minimal supervision.

- Saturday 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
- Sunday 8:00am - 4:30pm
Supplemental Pay
