We provide PRN/Per-Diem or contract Caregivers, Med Techs, CNAs, MAs, and Nurses for healthcare facilities when they need staffing support. We are looking for a Business Development Manager to further our reach and impact in the local healthcare community. Our team is small and collaborative. The Business Development Manager’s primary function is to cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with local community partners (Hospitals, Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living) to increase our billable staffing hours. This position requires approximately 85% travel (mostly local, with ideally 1 week per month working in our Boise, Idaho location) and 15% administrative in-office (home office).

Duties:
- This role is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with local Administrators, Clinical Directors, physicians, and other decision-makers in healthcare facilities to increase billable staffing hours.
- Update CRM including tracking and management of activities, issues, tasks, contacts, and other client communications.
- Attend meetings, and participate in community events to promote our staffing services
- Own your Client Book of Business – be the subject matter expert and be prepared to address customers’ needs, delivery 5-star customer service.
- Conduct calls and face-to-face meetings with potential customers daily
- Monitor the company’s industry competitors, and market conditions to understand a customer's specific needs
Experience & Skills:
- Required healthcare sales experience (Private Duty Nursing, Senior Living, Home Care, etc.) B2B and B2C sales experience
- Available for out-of-state travel for approximately 1 week per month (20%)
- Must have reliable transportation
- Proof of valid, unrestricted driver’s license required (this position requires regular travel to customers in the area)
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and create solutions in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently or as part of a collaborative team
