Who we need:
We’re looking for someone willing to go the extra mile. Someone who will provide the best experience for our customers by assisting in product selection, answering technical questions, suggesting product options, and providing the best quotes possible.
Specific tasks:
1. Ensures accurate, responsive customer service is provided through day-to-day operations on the phone, at the counter, and via electronic communication.
2. Assists customers with product selection, answers technical questions, suggests various product options, and creates accurate, responsive quotations.
3. Provides alternative solutions and complementary products to increase the value for the customer and the company.
4. Provides customer service and service to the outside salesmen as required, expediting orders, solving problems, making vendor inquiries according to guidelines, etc.
5. Picks counter and will-call orders for quick turnaround.
6. Prepares timely quotations for customers and account representatives.
Minimum qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent preferred.
· A valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record is required.
· Communicate effectively verbally and in writing – is comfortable and effective in discussing our product offerings with customers.
· Reliable, resilient, compassionate character and assertive personality.
· Strong team player
· Quick, proficient decision-making skills.
· Strong capability with basic math.
· Interest in selling and promoting our products.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
