- We are looking for an OT (Home Health) Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' physical, cognitive, and emotional abilities
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and collaborate with patients to establish goals
- Implement evidence-based occupational therapy interventions to address patients' functional limitations
- Provide direct patient care, including therapeutic activities, exercises, and adaptive equipment recommendations
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and rehabilitation specialists
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and strategies
- Stay informed about advancements in occupational therapy research and contribute to evidence-based practice
- Participate in ongoing professional development and maintain licensure requirements
Requirements
- Current and valid state licensure as a Doctor of Occupational Therapy
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with industry standards
