The Product Marketing Manager (PMM) will be responsible for driving the sales and growth of ACST solutions and services. The Product Marketing Manager will be an evangelist internally and externally, focused on expressing the value of our portfolio and the benefits our products and services ACST provides.
What You’ll Do:
Create and lead go to market plans for strategic and market differentiation initiatives (new product, large campaigns, promotions, etc) including internal and external communications and resources, and project management of all go to market deliverables
Build campaigns related to the products/services the product marketing manager owns including emails, landing pages, online advertising, and social media posts
Create, contribute to, and/or review market and ministry partner-facing content created across ACST that articulates benefits and value provided to ensure brand and positioning consistency
Enable sales by providing assistance and resources including collateral (presentation decks, email templates, etc), facilitating or participating in webinars, and providing or facilitating training related to marketing efforts/intel
Own creation and upkeep of competitor intelligence library for the products/services the product marketing manager owns, and share key intel with sales and other internal stakeholders to influence sales pursuits, roadmap, and strategic business planning
Generate, summarize, and share market intel from prospects and ministry partners through calls/visits/surveys
Serve as expert for specific segment(s) of market and internal liaison for segment(s) within ACST
Assist with special projects in the marketing organization and/or participate in cross-departmental projects as needed
What We’re Looking For:
B.A/B.S in Public Relations, English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing or related degree with 5 years of professional experience, with at least 3 in marketing
Must have experience with launching products to market
Strong verbal communication skills
Creative writing and copy editing skills
Proficient in Google suite and project management tools, like Monday.com
Understanding of Protestant and Catholic Church and ministry goals
