This is an in-person position in our KCK office.
BAADER designs, manufacturers, sells and installs food processing machinery. The After Sales Representative works closely with our customers to supply spare/replacement parts.
Job Objective:
Receive and assist customers in daily operations such as troubleshooting parts issues, quoting parts and inputting parts purchase orders.
Major Job Functions:
1. Receive and enter spare parts orders and quotes into the ERP system.
2. Assist customers with technical questions and parts identification and ensure they are ordering the correct parts.
3. Follow up on orders to make sure they are shipped.
4. Solve spare parts, transportation, customs, or other customer issues.
5. Issue authorization to return parts for credit.
6. Conduct various administrative tasks associated with keeping records, shipping products, and entering inventory data.
7. All other duties as may be assigned.
Minimum Education:
· High school diploma.
Minimum Years of Experience:
· Customer Service
o One to two years experience in a customer service environment.
Minimum Skills Required (language, math, reasoning):
· Ability to read and understand parts list, Drawings, billings, and technical manuals.
· Ability to discuss issues with customers and coworkers and resolve diplomatically.
· Ability to complete informational reports from written and verbal instruction.
· Ability to apply math such as addition, subtraction, division/multiplication for billing and rate comparisons.
· Ability to make good decisions in pressure situations.
Ability to Use:
· General office equipment, computer, software, printers, and telephone
· Measurement tools such as calipers, dial indicators etc.
· ERP Software

· Accurate parts information to customer.
· Pleasant communication and correct answers to customers.
· Accurate and timely administrative functions.
· Effectively demonstrates problem solving skills.
Location:
· Office 7:30AM-4:00PM; Monday-Friday
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
