This role is a critical part of the pre-litigation team. The candidate will be responsible for timely management of office correspondence, assisting with a multi-line phone system, and ordering medical and billing records. Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Sorting and disbursing incoming mail and faxes

Requesting medical records and bills

Data entry into Needles Neos

Scheduling, organizing, and other administrative tasks

Answering calls and ensuring proper message delivery

Candidate must have the ability to organize their time effectively

Positive demeanor as a team player
Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent is required

Effective time management and attention to detail

Proficient with MS Office products

A desire to work in a law firm setting

Organizational and communication skills are necessary for this position

Must be able to prioritize tasks with demanding deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
Desired Qualifications

An Associate’s degree or some college is preferred

1-2 years of prior experience in a personal injury law firm or equivalent experience
Compensation expectation is $15 - $19 hourly
