We are currently looking to add a Project Manager to our team who have at least 5 years of experience in the Residential Audio/Video Industry, and who are eager to bring their expertise to an established and growing small company who values the input of each team member. Example:
Lutron Homeworks Certification = $2.00/hr Raise ($4,160/annually)
Project Managers who successfully complete the Lutron HomeWorks Certification and are able to successfully Install and Program (3) Lutron HomeWorks Systems without assistance will receive a $2.00/hr Raise. The program is designed to motivate Project Managers to improve their skills on their own time and those who choose to invest the time are rewarded with increased pay. It is that SIMPLE! Pay and Benefits
- Pay Range: $65,000 - $85,000 + Benefits.
- This is a Full-time Salary Position*
- Compensation based on experience.
- Normal working days: Weekdays with some limited weekend and overnight travel.

Required Skills:
A qualified candidate must have professional knowledge and experience to perform all of the duties listed below. You must also have the ability to assist and assess the work being performed by Technicians and Sub-Contractors.
- Operations Duties:
- Produce Purchase Orders from Approved Projects
- Receive Incoming Shipment
- Stage Materials for Technicians
- Coordinate Weekly Project Meetings with Sr. Techs
- Prepare Weekly Project Progress Report
- Provide Labor and Material Estimate vs. Actual Reports to Operations Manager Weekly
- Conduct Weekly Site Visits for all Active Projects
- Efficiently Create and Assign Project Tasks Assignments via DTools
- Prepare Project Installation Documents for Technicians – Visio / DTools
- Change Order Management
- Enter CO's on a weekly basis into D-tools
- Responsible for obtaining client approval
- Responsible to submit approved CO. to Accounting
- Conduct Substantial Completion Sign Off by Client
- Audit Project Paperwork from Technicians
- Submit accurate reports for Project Billing to Accounting within 3 days of DTools Task Completion
- Control System Programming / Network Configuration:
- Assign all Programming Task per the Contracted System Design
- Ensure all delegated Control System Programming meets PAV standards
- Ensure all delegated Network Configuration meets PAV Standards
- Service Order Management:
- Monitor Client Service Request and Schedule accordingly
- Create and Assign Service Orders via DTools
- Submit Completed S/O to accounting for invoicing within 3 days of S/O completion
- Management Duties:
- Manage Vendor Returns related to Projects and Service Orders (RMA)
- Create RMA tracking Service Order via DTools
- Audit Timesheets for Technicians in coordination with Accounting
- Ensure Technicians are following documented Processes & Procedures
- HR Duties:
- Assist Technicians to achieve items outlined in their "Training Plan & Annual Goals"
- Submit Corrective Action Form for any Technician not adhering to PAV Policies
- Workers Comp Contact for Techs to report injuries
- Responsible to investigate and submit report to Operations Manager for any jobsite injuries.
General Requirements:
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check with proof of residency.
- Must have a Georgia Driver's License with Clean Driving Record.
- All candidate must be physically able to climb ladders, work in crawl spaces and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to work with basic tools: drill, screwdrivers, pliers, etc..
- Some overnight travel is associated with this position; estimated to be less than 5%.
- Reliable transportation to PAV office is required.
