This is a fun and fast-paced position with diverse responsibilities.
This position will consist of the following functions:
- Ensure property is meeting daily expectations, as dictated by company standards
- Regular communication directly with company leadership, residents, and ownership
- Ensure all aspects of the property are performing at optimum levels and meeting all expectations.
- Responsible for property occupancy, including leasing and marketing in compliance with Fair Housing Practices
- Manage occupancy, collections, move-in/out activity, and marketing efforts
- Ensure property is meeting all compliance, appearance, and safety expectations.
- Financial responsibilities including maintaining budgets and payables.
- Uphold company values and culture, including positive & ethical work environment and superior customer service
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Proven business acumen and attention to details
- History of sales or leasing experience
- Demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively and be a team player
- Strong financial acumen including budgeting and managing payables
- Proven customer service experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Time management, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
- Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, Yardi/Property Management software)
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Minimum of 3 years of property management experience at similar properties

About the position:
This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth. This position also offers leasing and renewal commissions, pay is strongly based on the skill level of the applicant.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, minimal Saturdays
Education Requirement: High School equivalent (Required)
Experience: 3 years Property Management (Preferred), 3 years Property Leasing (Preferred)
License/Certification: Driver's License (Required)
