Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' speech and language needs.
- Provide direct therapy services in individual or group settings, as determined by student needs and IEP goals.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' educational and social-emotional development.
- Maintain accurate and confidential student records and progress reports.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational goals and objectives.
- Stay current with best practices in speech-language pathology and educational trends.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
- State licensure or eligibility for licensure as a speech-language pathologist.
- Experience working with school-aged children preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
