We are looking for a motivated Real Estate Agent to join our team full time. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of customer service, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record of successful sales. This position requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team, as well as the ability to develop relationships with potential clients and maintain existing client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Have knowledge of local real estate market trends and pricing.
- Provide clients with accurate and up-to-date information on properties.
- Negotiate contracts and handle paperwork related to the sale or purchase of a property.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, lenders, and other real estate professionals.
- Stay abreast of current laws and regulations related to real estate transactions.
- Communicate effectively with clients, lenders, and other real estate professionals.
- Maintain and active Texas Real Estate License
What our agents experience:
- We take care of ALL prospecting activity to generate and set warm appointments with motivated buyers for our agents
