Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Automotive Bookkeeper to join our team. As an integral part of our team, the Automotive Bookkeeper will play a key role in supporting our business operations and financial management.
Responsibilities:
- Costing, commissioning, and posting New and Used truck deals
- Reporting truck sales to manufacturers
- Claiming incentives from manufacturers
- Reconciling inventory and incentive schedules
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and industry regulations
- Collaborate with management to optimize financial performance and efficiency
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a bookkeeper, preferably in the automotive industry
- Proficiency in accounting software such as CDK, QuickBooks and Excel
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Associate degree or higher in accounting or related field (preferred)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
