What we’re looking for:
· Minimum 2+ years of sales experience including (HVAC, Auto sales, Real Estate, Solar, Plumbing, Windows, etc.) HVAC knowledge experience preferred not required.
· A friendly and approachable attitude with a passion for helping others.
· Strong work ethic and a desire to succeed.
· Engaging and enthusiastic personality that thrives in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
· Excellent communication skills, capable of simplifying complex HVAC concepts for clients.
· Strong negotiation skills to professionally close and win sales, ensuring both customer satisfaction and company success.
· Drive and motivation to meet and exceed sales targets.
· Capacity to work independently while also collaborating effectively with our support team.
Requirements:
· Authorized to work in the United States.
· Willingness to enter attics and crawl spaces for measurements and digital photography.
· Possession of a valid California driver's license with a clean driving history.
· Comfort working at heights and in confined spaces.
· Adaptability to fluctuating temperatures, including exposure to hot and cold extremes.
· Willingness to adhere to prescribed personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements.
· All candidates are required to undergo pre-employment drug screen, background checks and must have a valid driver’s license with good driving record.

Craft bespoke HVAC options that cater to various budgets, ensuring competitive pricing without compromising quality.
Embark on exciting journeys to pre-set appointments across your designated area, cruising in our company-provided work vehicle.
Spark meaningful conversations with customers, delving deep into their HVAC needs and offering personalized solutions that exceed expectations.
Channel your inner photographer as you snap digital photos to inspect customers' existing systems, adding a touch of creativity to your role.
Leave a lasting impression by delivering exceptional service and forging enduring relationships with clients, making every interaction memorable.
Master the art of paperwork as you diligently fill out all required documentation for each project, ensuring smooth operations from start to finish.
Keep the momentum going by following up with clients who may need an extra nudge to move forward after their visit, turning potentials into happy customers.
