Consultants to join our rapidly growing team. As a Solar Energy Consultant, you
will play a crucial role in driving our mission to provide clean, affordable energy
solutions to homeowners. This commission-only position offers unlimited earning

Full job description
Key Responsibilities:
● Generate leads by canvassing and referral networking
● Conduct consultations with potential customers. Set up a presentation
tailored to their energy needs and a solution to cheaper, cleaner power.
● Educate customers on their financing options,leases, or PPAs, and what
state and federal incentives are per program.
● Prepare a superior presentation to close deals.
● Follow up with leads and customers to retain your deal by providing your
customers with the highest level of customer satisfaction.
● Manage and update your pipeline customer with information, sales
activities, and follow-up actions using a CRM
● Stay ahead of industry trends, markets, and what competitors are offering.
● Work with the company partners to develop an effective sales strategy.
Qualifications:
● 2 years experience in solar or renewable energy industry.
● Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
● Have the ability and maintain relationships with customers.
● A person who is self-motivated and results-oriented.
● Proficient in using software either on computers or tablets.
● Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales techniques and strategies.
● Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
● Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as
needed.
