The General Manager will be responsible for the management of all aspects of the business. Directs, implements, and maintains a service and management philosophy which serves as a guide to respective staff. In addition to daily responsibilities functions outlined under essential duties and responsibilities, the General Manager will lead the restaurant in all disciplines of hiring staff, training initiatives, updating menu, and maintain budget expenses established by Tuscan Brands while ensuring an efficient operational flow from the front of the restaurant promoting company image of quality assurance and customer service standards to the service and prep areas. Must serve as an exemplary figure to coworkers and represent the organization within the framework of its core values.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee Daily Food and Beverage Operations for the location
- Ensure Compliance with Company Standards in All Areas of Operation
- Manage and Achieve Budget Goals
- Monitor Payroll Records and Food & Beverage Costs
- Recruit and Hire Staff for all areas of the operations
- Provide Direction for, and Training of, Department Leads in both the BOH and FOH
- Implement Sound Policies to Improve Operations
- Provide Direction and Clear Communication of Business Goals and Expectations
- Ensure Consistent Quality Control Standards are Enforced
- Other duties may be assigned within the scope of the description as required.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Exemplary leader in adhered to all health and safety standards.
- Solid understand of a full-service restaurant operation with comfort level working in a fast-paced footprint.
- Weekend and Night Availability
- Food Safety Min 5 Year’s Experience as General Manager, Assistant General Manager, Restaurant Manager, or Senior Operations Role
- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Relevant Experience
- Strong Business Acumen with Proven Experience Achieving or Exceeding Budgeted Financial Goals Retail Merchandising Experience Preferred, but not Required.
- Ability to effectively manage issues that may arise within the framework of the organization’s core values.
- Solid leadership capabilities to lead effectively staff in a restaurant setting.
