Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Provides day-to-day superior world-class customer service and logistics support
- Tracks and reports the status of shipments
- Answers customer inquiries quickly, politely, and professionally with a sense of urgency via phone and email
- Gathers, distributes, and documents information on shipping activity to keep the entire team up to date
- Provides proactive and timely communication of issues found
- Evaluates all transportation decisions to ensure the customer is getting the best quality service by providing updates and information prior to them requesting it
- Understands the customers’ needs and seeks to become their best source for support with transportation needs
- Other duties as directed

Pay: $39,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
