LHH is seeking a Receptionist for a game development company in Alpharetta, GA. This role will begin as a receptionist assisting with guests, routing calls, and assisting the human resources department. This candidate will then have the opportunity to grow their career into any department within the company (Business, HR, Development, Government Relations, etc.). Responsibilities:
Greet guests and manage visitor documentation
Assist with the Human Resources Department
Answer and transfer calls; Distribute mail and faxes
Manage office supplies
Manage shipping of domestic and international packages
Oversee organization of lobby
Organizing company documents
Assist other departments with special projects
Manage and reserve conference rooms for the office
Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree
Strong organization and communication skills
Strong understanding of Microsoft Office and Excel
PowerPoint experience is a plus!
