Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Inbound Customer Service Representative to join our team. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service and resolving inquiries.
Duties:
· Handle customer inquiries and complaints
· Retaining existing customer monthly memberships
· Provide information about the products and services
· Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
· Document and update customer records based on interactions
· Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Skills:
- Proficient in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Prior experience in customer service is preferred
- Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Multilingual abilities, especially in , are a plus
- Familiarity with basic data entry tasks
- Bilingual proficiency is advantageous for this role
