**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various HR functions and support the facility in day-to-day people operations.
**Duties:**
- Manage talent acquisition processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Coordinate HR projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget
- Utilize ADP HRIS system for day-to-day HRIS transactions
- Conduct HR sourcing activities to build a strong candidate pipeline
- Demonstrate conflict management skills when handling employee relations issues
- Participate in recruiting efforts by posting job openings and coordinating interviews
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to HR processes
- Time completion of WV Cares background check
- Adherence to onboarding process
**Skills:**
- Proficiency in data entry and HR software systems
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for interacting with employees at all levels
- Familiarity with HR sourcing techniques to attract top talent
- Knowledge of conflict management strategies to resolve workplace issues efficiently
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $41,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
