Restaurant Manager Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Full-service Restaurant Manager to join our team at our Highland Village, TX, location. 45-50 Hour work week, 5 days, 2 days off. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and cleanliness. This brand is part of a growing, Dallas based full service restaurant company with 7 locations. We also own 5 locations of a fast casual seafood restaurant. Base salary $52-57 plus a quarterly bonus program thats pays $7-12K annually. We also offer a full comprehensive benefits package with paid PTO time .
Restaurant Manager Duties:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including staff supervision, training, and scheduling
- Ensure excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
- Oversee food preparation and ensure adherence to health and safety regulations
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Develop and implement strategies to increase restaurant sales and profitability
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to create new menu items and specials
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates, provide training, and address any concerns
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment
- Handle cash management duties, including cash handling, deposits, and reconciliations
Skills:
- Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of banquet operations, coffee service, bartending, food preparation, kitchen management, and restaurant operations
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively
- Proficiency in using Aloha POS or similar restaurant management software
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to interview, hire, train, and evaluate staff members
