- Fluency in Spanish: This is a must have.

Responsibilities:
- Manage your own caseload, including federal immigration proceedings and state court criminal cases.
- Conduct client meetings, assess needs, and recommend strategic solutions.
- Delegate tasks to legal assistants and oversee their work effectively.
- Handle a full range of immigration services, including family, employment, and deportation defense.
- Provide criminal defense representation for immigrant clients.
This position offers a base salary of $40,000 to $60,000 annually, depending on your experience and qualifications. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to earn a monthly performance bonus based on your productivity and exceeding expectations.
