As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving our business forward. You will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and closing sales. This position offers a competitive weekly base pay plus an attractive commission structure, providing you with the unlimited opportunity to maximize your earnings.

Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads - Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various methods including networking, cold calling, door knocking, lead generation and referrals.
Customer consultations – Meet with potential clients to discuss their needs, conduct roof inspections, and provide estimates.
Sales Presentation – Present and explain various roofing products, warranties and services to the customer.
Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and referrals
Qualifications:
Self-Motivated: The ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Experience: Previous sales experience preferred
Skills: Strong communication, basic technology and interpersonal skills
Drivers license: Valid drivers license and reliable transportation – preferably a truck or suv
Ability to pass a background check
Ability to climb a ladder and get on roofs

Pay: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
