Responsibilities Include:
- Agree with Young Clinical Services' vision, mission, and policies
- Deliver a variety of mental health services which may include individual and group treatment, intake evaluations, crisis intervention, assessment, and post-release planning
- Work on-site and/or virtually through Young Clinical Services
- Collaborate with the Intake Coordinator to establish contact with prospective clients within 24 hours of initial contact to assess the best fit for therapeutic services and set up an initial diagnostic evaluation
- Openly communicate with a client’s treatment team when applicable
- Complete and maintain written records for each client promptly
- Provide clinical care within the community in a manner that is above reproach
- Keep a professional appearance, aptitude, and attitude
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree or Doctoral Degree in counseling or social work or other behavioral science
- Licensed in the State of Indiana. LMHC, LCSW, and LMFT are preferred, but associate licenses will also be considered
- Preference is given to clinicians who are available to hold at least 15 patient sessions per week
- Ability to maintain strict client confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
- Be able to work independently on tasks assigned
- Has strong written and verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
- Has the expertise, energy, and eagerness to work with children, teenagers, and their support networks dealing with issues that may include ADHD, anxiety, depression, abuse, trauma, bullying, body image, or eating disorders.
- Current approval as an in-network with various insurance providers
- Has a strong commitment to culturally competent, trauma-informed mental health care
- Computer literacy and ability to use an EMR
Compensation and Benefits:
- $52.50/hr to $84/hr.
