Job summary:
The Sales Director will plan, direct, coordinate, and oversee all Sales activities in the organization. Ensure development and implementation of efficient operations and cost-effective systems to meet current and future budgeted goals. Ensure that the Core values of the organization are followed at every level of the organization.
Salary Range: $100k - $120k Annually PLUS BONUS
Essential duties & responsibilities:
- Establishes, implements, and communicates the strategic direction of the organization’s sales departments.
- Coach, motivate and train the sales team to exceed team goals.
- Monitor and track sales performance metrics.
- Analyze sales incentive programs.
- Debrief sales appointments.
- Collaborates with General Manager to develop and exceed financial budgets.
- Identifies, recommends, and implements new processes, technologies, and systems to improve and streamline organizational processes and use of resources and materials.
- Ensures that departmental decisions and project plans such as those for staffing, development, organization, and training are in line with the organization’s business plan and vision.
- Reviews and approves annual, monthly, and daily budgets and staffing requirements for departments.
- Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains management-level staff in the company.
- Conducts monthly 1 on 1 scorecard meetings with department leaders.
- Conducts weekly work ride along.
- Audits department training weekly.
- Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.
- Performs other related duties as assigned
Skills you bring for success:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Possess at least 4 years of management experience
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional customer service and phone skills
- Strong attention to detail with problem-solving capabilities
- Strong listening skills
- Ability to achieve the target goal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Proficient at typing & comfortable with computers
