We are seeking a hands-on Program Manager to create and implement a comprehensive clinical program that delivers exceptional results. In this role, you will be responsible for creating relevant content, providing direct 1:1 care, facilitating training sessions, as well as supervising and monitoring the progress of behavioral therapists in an exclusive school and home-based program to ensure seamless operations.

Responsibilities include:
- Facilitate content creation and behavior programs. Plan and implement academic and recreational activities, both center-based, offsite, and home-based activities, projects, and operations. Provide physical and behavioral enrichment for children.
- Provide one-on-one care utilizing intervention approaches, such as Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Monitor and report on progress. Develop, implement, and monitor benchmarks and goals (including academic, communication, vocational, leisure, social, self-help, and life skills).
- Lead and/or attend staff meetings. Prepare and provide specialized training and materials. Supervise and train staff on program plan, and ensure proper implementation of program plan and goals. Manage staff scheduling and arrange for adequate staffing coverage.
- Ensure therapists’ responsibilities, authorities, and accountabilities are clearly defined and understood. Manage and evaluate the performance and productivity of associates, including training and onboarding for new associates. Interface with other disciplines.
- Work with supervisor to effectively communicate progress and updates on a weekly basis.
- Other behavior management related activities from time to time.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of professional experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
- 2+ years of supervisory experience at a professional clinic, including curriculum, staff management and scheduling.
- Passion and patience to work with adolescents.
- Expertise in intervention approaches, such as Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Highly competent in leading and completing Functional Behavioral Assessments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
- Able to consistently demonstrate good judgment and decision-making skills. Reliable, trustworthy, ethical, and resourceful.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Flexible to take on additional hours if needed.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to assume and maintain a variety of postures (kneeling, squatting, crawling, sitting in a chair and on the floor, standing) for extended periods of time.
- Must be willing and able to utilize quick body movements while working with children with challenging behaviors to ensure safety.
- Must be able to receive detailed information through oral communication.
