The Sr. Account Supervisor is the primary liaison between the agency and the client. Sr. Account Supervisor is accountable for ensuring the availability of qualified flexible employees through appropriate recruiting and skill matching to achieve total client satisfaction. Sr. Account Supervisor must possess and demonstrate a high-level of professionalism and customer service skills, excellent oral and written communication and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Additionally, when Manager is not in the office, the Sr. Account Supervisor will support team members on the day-to-day activities demonstrating a high-level of professionalism and customer service skills. Branch Manager will be available via phone or email to answer any questions, in the event Branch Manager cannot be reached, then Regional Manager must be contacted.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES; include, but are not limited to, the following:
o Interacts with associates and clients over the phone and in person
o Assists with client and staff communication and conflict resolutions
o Request payroll hours from client and prepare for payroll department
o Ensures that client issues are dealt with in a fast an efficient manner, informing the corresponding parties of any problems that may arise
o Assists with guidance and support when Branch Manager is not available
o Identify recruiting needs and develop recruiting sources (resume search)
o Recruit, interview, and make employment and placement decisions
o Determine client needs, fill orders by placing appropriately skilled employees on assignments and conduct quality control audits
o Communicate and coordinate the various aspects of branch operations required to ensure compliance with policies and procedures
o Aware and in pursuit of opportunities for account growth and new business, involving corresponding parties
o Ensure all work orders are entered in system on a daily basis in Coats & PEO
o Manage multiple calendars, schedule meetings, interviews and phone screens
o Attend Job fairs as needed
o Conducts new hire orientations, background checks, drug and alcohol tests
o Complete the new employment application process for new associates, including the verification of I9 forms and verification of application references
o Follow Injury/Illness procedures when a work-related accident occurs
o Attend Job fairs as needed
o Submit monthly supplies order to corporate
o Ensure all applications are entered in Coats & PEO
o Assist in maintaining a clean and orderly working environment

Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
