**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dedicated Personal Assistant to provide administrative support and assist hair salon owner. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills. As a Personal Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of daily tasks and maintaining effective communication within the organization.
**Responsibilities:**
- Perform various administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and organizing meetings.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
- Assist in proofreading documents and ensuring accuracy in all communications.
- Conduct data entry tasks and maintain organized records of information.
- Transcribe notes and documents as needed.
- Support office management by ordering supplies and maintaining office equipment.
- Demonstrate professionalism and excellent phone etiquette when interacting with clients and colleagues.
- Familiarity with phone systems to manage incoming calls efficiently.
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in administrative or clerical roles.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels.
- Proficiency in proofreading to ensure accuracy in written materials.
- Ability to type efficiently and accurately.
- Experience with data entry tasks (i.e. Quick books and excel) and the ability to maintain organized records.
- Capability to transcribe notes accurately and in a timely manner.
- Knowledge of office management procedures and willingness to assist in various tasks such as social media posts and Canva
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
