As a Medical Spa Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a medical spa facility. You will work closely with a team of medical professionals, estheticians, and support staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality services and exceptional customer experiences. Your role will involve managing staff, overseeing administrative tasks, maintaining compliance with regulations, and implementing strategic initiatives to drive business growth.
Responsibilities:
Team Management:Recruit, train, and supervise a team of medical professionals, estheticians, and support staff.
Foster a positive work environment, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.
Ensure staff members adhere to professional standards, protocols, and customer service guidelines.
Operational Management:Oversee the daily operations of the medical spa, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient service delivery.
Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain high-quality services and maximize productivity.
Manage appointment scheduling, inventory control, and equipment maintenance.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
Customer Service and Business Development:Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, promoting loyalty and repeat business.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional strategies and campaigns.
Identify opportunities for business growth, such as introducing new services or targeting new customer segments.
Financial Management:Monitor and manage the financial performance of the medical spa, including budgeting, revenue tracking, and expense control.
Analyze financial reports, identify trends, and implement strategies to optimize profitability.
Maintain accurate records of transactions, invoices, and accounts payable/receivable.
Requirements:
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in a managerial role within the medical spa, wellness, or healthcare industry.
- Strong knowledge of medical spa services, procedures, and products.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance, health and safety standards, and licensing requirements.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in financial management, budgeting, and data analysis.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Effective communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills are required.
- Working knowledge of booking platform and management system preferred.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce or CRM Software preferred.
- Proficient skills in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PPT.
- Ability to work in a high-performance, fast-paced team environment.
- Ability to adapt and work effectively within a constantly changing environment.
- Must be friendly, outgoing, energetic, and have a great attitude.
- Knowledge of the cosmetic / entertainment industry preferred
- Ability to prioritize and multitask.
