As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the face of our facility to our guests and patients. You will be responsible for the coordination of all front desk activities, including but not limited to: check-in/check-out, visitor relations, gift/alcohol/drugsales, public affairs, recreational/social/event management, equipment rentals, housekeeping/cleaning services, special events, and representing the center to the community.
Responsibilities
- Check-in/check-out of patients/guests using standard American Express methods; no cash handling involved
- Greet guests arriving and leaving the facility
- Serve as a resource for guests seeking information or solutions regarding everything from finance to wellness programs
- Promote our brand through excellent customer service
- Preparation of reports as requested including completion of various documents and reports in Adobe Suite using Microsoft Suite or other software
- Receive and distribute mail/deliveries within center area (mailboxes, cards, etc.)
- Possess a positive attitude and an ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver’s license with an excellent driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Experience in a medical facility setting preferred but not required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $22.50 per hour
